BEWARE: I am just leaving this clinic now, and somehow I expected something much better. I tried Botox for the first time on my birthday last year, and through a groupon, I decided to do a little upkeep. 20 units on groupon was $149. The doctor suggested I get 6 additional units around the edge of the crows feet. That's an additional $120! I said 4 additional is fine. He was moderately friendly, but didn't offer me any real comfort. He jabs me with the needle in the forehead and then presses against the injection firmly with his finger. What the capital F? Ouch doc. My previous experience was much much better in Lincoln Park. He then called me a man baby, because only men wince and tear during this process. Worst feeling ever. He doesn't give me an ice pack until I'm completely done and then says I'll probably have bruising (which I never experienced the first time, because the precious doc was gentle and they were tiny needle pokes in between icing to numb and patting dry). This doctor has zero bedside manner and I will NOT be back. I felt like my being there with my groupon was a nuisance. I will update this review as I see results or if my face falls off.

Worst experience ever. The doctor was texting during a consultation and even answer his phone and stepped away. I am not sure how this place is in business. No wonder they need Groupon. This is just crazy. I won't be back.

I had a bad experience do not be fooled by the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the office; especially if you will be worse off than you were before coming to make a long story short I cannot feel certain parts of my leg and in other areas I feel a great deal of sensitivity it is very uncomfortable I would rather just deal with the pain I was having before I had the procedure endovenous ablation I'd rather deal with the pain because the pain is now back anyway in addition to the pain that I endured from the procedure it is not worth it maybe try vein clinics of America. Garg did my procedure And I've felt when he plays the catheter in the wrong area of my leg I felt an excruciating shocking pain and I had a feeling then that something went wrong. 0000 stars I give but the website will not let me post without giving a star. Yes that is ridiculous that you have to give at least one star in order to post.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in during my lunch break for an appointment at noon. I was placed in a room at 12:15 and waited five additional minutes to find out the doctor was "on his way" and "should be pulling into the office soon". WHAT?!?! Another patient was asking where the doctor was as well. Unprofessional practice.

What did you inject in my forehead? The first time in his office and he asks me" So i see you have done Botox before. Should i tell you what you need or will you tell me?" So much arrogance just rubs me the wrong way. So of course, he tries to convince me that 20 is not enough and i should do 38, injects the 20 because i insist and a couple of weeks later the results are the complete opposite of what i asked him to do. Obviously 20 units works, because my forehead now has no movement, but my II lines still there. And i told him , i'd like the glabellar lines gone and have no problem with movement in my forehead. So i go a second time asking him to correct it. Visibly upset, he argues with me, injects something in my forehead which he says are additional 18 units of botox and a few days later there is absolutely no sign of the botox working at all. Same movement still, nothing has changed. So i wonder now, what did he inject in my forehead?! Oh yes, and when he heard that i am for the first time not satisfied with the botox results, he asked me to continue seeing the doctors i was satisfied with. Such an a**hole
