Love both the medical and cosmetic side of this business! I've always had very acne prone, sensitive, red skin and the Novel Skin Solutions side (upstairs) has an amazing team that has helped me manage my skincare routine for years. The chemical peels are chefs kiss and very relaxing. I feel so special with the goodie bags they send you off with after lol. They usually have samples so you don't have to spend a lot of $$ on products that might not work for you. Once you find the products that do work, it's easy to stop by the front desk and stock up when needed. Oh! And they have skin friendly makeup - found my holy grail foundation there and my skin loves it! I've also had a couple of scares with moles and spots on my body and the Center For Excellence side (downstairs) eased my nerves and took care of me. Mole removal was quick, minimal pain, and had wonderful results! I tried another dermatologist that accepted my insurance but I had a terrible experience (mole removal was painful and left a scar and she told me moles = diabetes which scares me), so now I will never go anywhere other than Center for Excellence/Novel Skincare Solutions. 10/10 recommend this company for all your skincare needs ESPECIALLY if you have anxiety!

Love Dr. Hopp and staff!! So friendly and make you feel so welcome from the time you step in the office! Dr.Hopp is so knowledgeable and his assistants are so friendly! Can't wait to go back!

I went to have my moles checked. They took off two moles, nearly zero pain and tiny scars. I'll be going back

I am so thankful for the help that this dermatologist provided not only to me but also my husband (who I referred there shortly after my experience.) I had an abnormal sun-created patch of skin form on my nose this year after being careless about sunscreen use on my face. It was growing larger by the day so I knew it was not a normal sunspot. They froze it off, it didn't even hurt or scar (which is a huge concern with the face,) and proceeded to give useful advice on how to prevent a reoccurrence. Thank you so much!

The office was able to get my son in promptly for a suspicious looking lesion on his back. I am so very impressed with Jennifer Corbin and the assistant that helped with my 13 year old son. They were so understanding and kind with him, calmly explaining exactly what they were going to have to do. I was unable to get help with my two younger children for the last minute appointment and was never made to feel awkward for having the whole crew in. I was given results immediately and was very impressed by communication from the provider in regards to course of action. Not necessarily the news we wanted, but delivered in a reassuring manner. Definitely recommend this team/facility for any dermatology needs. Thank you again

My wife went here to have some skin issues looked at. This is the worst experience with any doctor that we have had. We were there for a whooping 15 minutes and all they said was that there was nothing that they could do. They kept judging my wife because of the tattoo on her back. And to top it off she never saw the doctor. She saw ARNP and she kept cutting my wife off when she was speaking. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the insurance copay.

Terrible experience, not only am I left with a hideous scar on my upper thigh from poor suturing done by an ARNP ( as I have never met the DR after being a patient for 2 yrs.)...I was also sent to collections for $20.28 that was already paid. I am more than done with this office and warning family and friends who are considering going to their Hermiston location about my experience.
