Talk about the most inconvenient hours possible.
My time is valuable, if you are only open 9-5pm, Mon thru Fridays... you are ridiculous IMO. Unless the majority of your clients are unemployed, it's inconvenient and questionable, and counter intuitive.

Reading through the previous and more creditable reviews... screw this place. Sounds like they are shady AF.

Refund on the Groupon please. There are plenty of med spas around, don't need to go to some place that demonstrates their level of Customer care so blatantly up front.

P.S. their response about Saturday hours reinforced the assessment of B.S. as they well know, those are "reserved for vein surgeries" and not available for booking.

DONT GO HERE!!! Save your money!! My wife and I have spent almost $60,000 with Dr. Bradley Ashpole and her results are very very disappointing. We put our trust in this place and in these Dr's to be completely and utterly disappointed. 1st surgery was a breast reconstruction surgery and we noticed the Incisions bigger than usual and her breast spread apart and not sitting right. 2nd surgery was an arm lift and after surgery same thing, Incisions bigger than usual and some keloid. 3rd surgery was a complete body lift. From my understanding in between these surgeries the dr would reassure my wife that everything is done in sessions. Long story short my wife got her arms done 3 times by dr Ashpole and no difference from the first surgery. We've gotten 3 different opinions and all have said this Dr. Has done a horrible job. One leg is bigger than the other. One leg no keloid and healing ok but the other is bad. She's got a ball on the back of one of her arms. I went there to speak with the owner to make light of all this and with hope of getting a resolution. To fix her. Dr. Garg got loud with my wife by the entrance until he saw me. Took us to his office but the conversation didn't go anywhere. He kept insisting we speak with Ashpole and giving us the run around. At the end told us find someone to fix her and he will pay for it. We've found several Dr's that would help her but after trying to contact Dr Garg he was nowhere to be found. Secretary finally told us that he stated he's not responsible and has nothing to do with Dr Ashpole. WOW!! 2 weeks later we received a letter from Ashpole stating that he can no longer see her. I went again to talk with Dr Garg and the secretary told me he's not in will be back at 2pm. I came with my wife at 2 pm to find out they called the police and said I threatened them. This place is the worst of the worst!!! The nicest people at first until they get your money. There all about money and they don't care about patients. Be careful what you ask for, they will do what they want with you and say that's all they can do. They are lairs, cheaters and thieves. BE WARNED!!!!

This is for the Schaumburg location. The peels here are not effective, basically waste of your money. I've tried chemical peels at other places, the results and prices at other places were way better than this place. If I had not bought the package for 4 peels I'd probably won't go back after the 2nd time.

The first three time I received two small 0.25 oz post peel balms. When I came out from the last peel, they suddenly wanted to charge me for the post peel balms. When I paid for the package, I assumed the services and products remain consistent throughout the entire package. The front desk lady told me the peel price has went up since I bought the package, so now they need to charge me for aftercare kit. I just don't think it's ethical for a business to sell a product or service at one price, then suddenly raising the price after the agreements.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Ashpole. Not only is he rude and arrogant but he lacks adequate customer service. Not only is not thoroughly educated on his area of focus but he doesn't listen to his patients. Instead he talks for extended periods of time (most of the time repeating his same statements over and over again) while not relying any relevant information to the procedures he completes. You would be better off using google on your own versus attempting to get advice from this physician. During my time there, I could hear him in the hallway telling his receptionist to make a deal with me on the pricing (which was very unprofessional). Typically plastic surgery offices don't operate like a car dealership.

I wouldn't recommend visiting this office for your cosmetic needs. But if your looking to have a very unpleasant experience with a rude doctor, this is the right place for you!

This is for the Fullerton location, after getting Botox at the same place for many years, I started to notice it was not lasting as long & maybe needed a change. I came here initially on a Groupon purchase and told Dr. Garg about my concern from my previous Dr. He injected me and left it up to me if i wanted to return to him or not, no pressure. Sure enough I returned. He is quick & kind and so is his staff. Im sure I drive the girls crazy bc I talk a lot and have a very hectic schedule so i have cancelled & rescheduled more than once on them, yet their professionalism and patience remains. I don't know why anyone would give This place a negative review. BTW my bf keeps telling me how beautiful I look lately & I swear it's bc Dr. Garg made my face look flawless !:-)

After doing my research throughout the years, I chose Dr. Ashpole for my BA surgery. Today was my 3 month follow up and I'm extremely pleased with my results. My recovery was pretty painless. Dr. Ashpole is a great surgeon. Honest and knowledgeable. He was very informative, answered all my questions, and attentive to detail. His staff is kind and very helpful especially Mira. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I got Botox here and could tell from the second I met Dr. Ashpole that he was going to do a bad job. He kept telling me over and over how if it didn't look right it's not his fault and that's his disclaimer. I've had Botox for years before that in another state and my doctor was amazing and never had to stay statements like that because he was actually good! Well, sure enough dr. Ashpole did a terrible job! It's totally uneven and a disaster. If he can't do Botox right I can't even imagine how he would botch a surgical procedure. I will never go see him again. What a mess.

NAPERVILLE LOCATION, DR. GARG - Droopy lids and brows as a result of too much and/or Botox injected too low. Dr. Garg attempted to correct this twice with additional Botox, yet both attempts completely unsuccessful - my lids are still droopy and I have ZERO lift in my brow area. Before initial injection, I had specifically requested a brow lift, yet results are the total opposite. As per second opinion, I have to wait a couple more months until this completely resolves. I AM MORTIFIED!!!! I spent over $330 on a service that I wish every single day that I could undo!! I was also told that I need more Botox than I've had administered in 10+ yrs. Dr and staff we're nice, however.

Dr Ashplole is excellent, knowledgeable, on top of all new products/services and he makes you feel very comfortable when discussing "imperfections" and improvements. I have been to several places recommended by others and did not feel they were as good as Chicagoland Aesthetics. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I will not go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!
