I was called in a timely manner, the doctor was friendly and asked pertinent questions to what I felt I have, and the prescription was called I'm very quickly. Now, if my pharmacy had been as helpful as the doctor, it would have been great. As far as your website and doctor, I was extremely satisfied.

I cannot connect with the DR to get more refills?? he said we would connect 3 weeks after subscribing the medication to evaluate but no response?? 150 for first consultation and 25 a month after including the cost for the prescription. I've tried to reach out but no response. Tried to look him up with NO Success. since you are the main contact I need this prescription ASAP. Please help. This is NOT a Review but need assistance!!

I received a call from Dr. Garg in about an hour on a Sunday, pretty impressive. He called my prescription in immediately and I started feeling better quickly. Much better than sitting at urgent care for hours and cheaper too!

I was babysitting grandchildren and was able to have the medicine I needed prescribed so I could pickup and not have to bring along my wards to a urgent care or doctor's office.
The doctor was courteous and asked pertinent questions and answers.

Had a lot of pain in my foot. Couldn’t walk on it at all, went to Dr. Pham. No waiting for hours to see the doc, it was fast, quick and informative. He prescribed me some meds and by the next day, I was walking again

I give you 5 STARS... Dr. Garg was awesome; he quickly got back to me and called my prescription in immediately. I was able to wake up the next day pick up my prescription and schedule an appointment to get treatment. This was my first time using WebDoctor and I will continue to use this service...sweet and simple. Dr. Garg was amazing, I hope that if I ever need to use this service I will get him again. I’ve used online health services like this before as I tend to need medical help at the most inopportune times. WebDoctor had a short, no-nonsense questionnaire. It was much shorter than others I’ve used. I got to TALK to an actual doctor on the phone, as opposed to the text message type of conversations on the other sites. The MD I spoke with verified essential info, asked a few other questions, and answered my questions. It was very quick and thorough, at a time when I couldn’t get into my clinic and was feeling awful. The price was reasonable, and a good value for my (small) amount of effort. The longest wait I had was for my pharmacy to fill the prescription!

We were out of town when I came down with a bad bladder infection. Instead of dealing with long waits at an urgent care I tried Webdoctors. It was wonderful. The doctor called in 30 minutes after filling out the request information. He called in a prescription and I was able to start taking antibiotics an hour later. So convenient and no hassle!

The whole process was quick and easy. I filled out a form and chose my ailment and then had the choice of dr. or dr. on call. I chose on call. I received a call within the hour. He asked me a couple of questions and let me know that he was calling in the prescription. I had the prescription in hand within the hour!

Our experience was wonderful, doctor called us within an hour. Dr. Patel was understanding and informative, great to talk too. Felt very confident with her, called in a prescription at pharmacy, was able to pick in a hour. This service is great.
