I’ve used online health services like this before as I tend to need medical help at the most inopportune times. WebDoctor had a short, no-nonsense questionnaire. It was much shorter than others I’ve used. I got to TALK to an actual doctor on the phone, as opposed to the text message type of conversations on the other sites. The MD I spoke with verified essential info, asked a few other questions, and answered my questions. It was very quick and thorough, at a time when I couldn’t get into my clinic and was feeling awful. The price was reasonable, and a good value for my (small) amount of effort. The longest wait I had was for my pharmacy to fill the prescription!

We were out of town when I came down with a bad bladder infection. Instead of dealing with long waits at an urgent care I tried Webdoctors. It was wonderful. The doctor called in 30 minutes after filling out the request information. He called in a prescription and I was able to start taking antibiotics an hour later. So convenient and no hassle!

Our experience was wonderful, doctor called us within an hour. Dr. Patel was understanding and informative, great to talk too. Felt very confident with her, called in a prescription at pharmacy, was able to pick in a hour. This service is great.

Incredibly convenient. And simply a life saver! Needed an antibiotic while I was waiting for an appointment with my dentist. Received a call from doctor-on-call within 15 minutes of requesting a prescription. Most thorough consultation from the kindest, most compassionate MD. My insurance was verified and prescription was called in within minutes and ready for pickup in less than two hours.

The prescriber was very quick to understand me. He respected my knowledge base and was never condescending. He also promptly followed through and my prescription was ready in a timely manner. Medication prescription sent to a pharmacy after asking for it to be sent to me directly and will not correspond after several attempts. Furthermore, contacted the pharmacy to see if they would send the prescription or just cancel it and the pharmacy stated that they do not do oral medication only IV medications, so they were not sure why they would send the prescription to them. The pharmacy verified that they do not have an order in my name.

Not great with online
Live in small resort Village, Ruidoso, New Mexico, where reception is poor at best. Doctor was diligent in calling back three times to reach me as previous calls "dropped". Very happy Doctor persisted. Pleased medicine was so easily prescribed. Happy with cost of $59.99 especially since other options were over $100.00. Thank You, Janis Peterson

So much cheaper & easier then going to the clinic and paying a ridiculous amount for an office visit. I love WebDoctors I always choose same Dr he listens to me and always puts me on the prescription I need. Very fast At returning calls and prescription is ready within the hour after hanging up phone.

Doctor called within the hour and he clarified the info that I had already input. The call was quick, the prescription was sent to my preferred pharmacy and I had my antibiotics within 2 hours. It cost $59 for the call and was worth every penny for not having to negotiate my travel insurance, finding a clinic and having to wait for hours.

Out of town and developed an sinus infection. I filled out all the fields needed for my online appointment and had the Doctor on duty contact me via FaceTime. He did a very good assessment of my condition and had an antibiotic sent to a CVS 2 miles from where we staying. One day later I feel so much better. Thankyou !
