Now you have a roof with nail holes all over it to stop a leak and leverage a Roof insurance claim. When denied the roofing company now gives you an estimate for trap removal and repair. Either way the homeowner looses. I find it predatory to hurt folks when they are already having issues. Run a better roofing company.. Roofing companies are not all like this.. Just find a good honest firm..
