The physiology and Art of Letting Go- This has been coming up with a lot of my clients lately and I find so much value in this Wisdom that I want you all to know about it. This actually started off with a question about weight loss, and it applies to it and sooo much more. Begin with the understanding that we are Nature, and as such, all the laws of Nature apply to us. We simply need to remember and allow these forces to live within us as well as move through us. For Example, A plant takes in Co2, takes what it needs and releases what it doesn’t and lets it go. How amazing that its something we humans need but let’s not get sidetracked… With that basic plant example, we need to understand that we work in the same way. We take in what we need, get what we need and by this process of transformation we then release what we don’t need. On a physical level it’s easy to visualize, we eat food, we process nutrition, we get rid of the waste. The most important part of this is to understand that our energetic and emotional bodies work in the same exact way too! What we see however, is many of us don’t process or transform feelings and then they never get released. What happens if you were to do this in the body.. not get rid of that waste?? sorry for the visual but it’s exactly what happens with our thoughts and emotions when we don’t let them go!
