Proposed design for fully self-sustainable cafeteria for UWC East Africa. The building will hold 300 students and will put on display all functionalities of the sustainable technologies for students to learn from - these includes bio gas, solar power, wind power, aquaponics, food recycling by black soldier fly larvae, rain water harvesting.
