COVID 19 As things get closer to a new normal our office is functioning effectively - Surveyors are still generally working remotely and calls and e-mails are routed to them as normal. Our office has a skeleton crew undertaking admin duties. We are providing advice, preparing and serving notices and making Party Wall Awards as normal. Subject to Government guidance and with appropriate PPE we are undertaking Schedules of Condition normally where we judge that there is no significant additional  risk of  virus transmission and using necessary PPE . In instances where this is not possible we have prepared work specific a 'How To Guides' to show residents how to make photographic surveys of their properties (In this circumstance our fees are discounted where a Schedule of Condition would have been included) Awards that we issue during this period can have an extended validity to allow for delays undertaking works.
