Last year saw the start of a pandemic. As a care agency, Avidity Care has implemented processes to ensure Care Workers and Clients feel safe; - Additional PPE - Additional support in the community - Keeping to strict social bubbles (for staff and clients) - Weekly Covid testing for all Staff A RAG (Red/Amber/Green) rating system for our clients has been implemented, with those who would not be able to manage without care being rated Red. This ensures that our most vulnerable were always cared for despite the hardships of COVID-19. It has been a testing time for everyone, but due to the amazing teamwork and support of a caring, loyal team, we have persevered in providing excellent care throughout the Pandemic and will continue to do so.
