I recently installed the Multimat flooring in my home gym. I love the forgiveness and soft padding, especially when I'm dropping weights and doing floor exercises. No need to lay a mat on the ground when I'm stretching, the padding is forgiving enough to sit on comfortably. Easy to wash and maintain. Would recommend for anyone with a home gym or play area.
