Michon received her training for Massage Therapy in 2010 from Northwest Academy of Healing Arts in Tacoma, Washington. After attending school Michon moved to Salt Lake City, Utah and worked at a resort spa in Park City. About a year later she moved back to the Puyallup area and worked for a small Spa in Tacoma before joining the team at Unlocking The Body. Michon is skilled in many modalities but likes especially loves a good puzzle. Utilizing Neuromuscular Re-Education, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Guasha, Intraoral, Craniosacral, Sports Massage, Ashiatsu and Reiki are all modalities she brings to the table to assist in her patients progressive care. As a suggestion from a close friend, Michon took a Reiki class. At the end of this amazing life changing training, she was inspired and drawn to finding other ways to heal the human body. Michon has always had a love of helping people. Even at a young age she would reach out to others in need, no matter what their age or situation. Michon has worked at a local vitamin store for several years and has a wide knowledge of vitamins and supplements.
