If your toilet is loose sometimes it’s not just a matter of securing it. As featured in this picture the flange had rusted out entirely! Instead of opening up the ceilings below and replacing the whole pipe we were able to install a new stainless steel flange saving the customer a lot of money and time without a toilet.
