And we also want to apologize to the customers for the times when restaurant was too crowded, we were unable to serve you in the best way. As you know, Huong Viet restaurant run by my family & isn’t a 5-star restaurant. Our restaurant serve the Vietnamese food with relatively low price compared to common restaurant area in Hanoi’s Ola Quarter so it is impossible to avoid unnecessary errors such as food being a bit slow or having hair in the food ( in my opinion it’s not something too dirty because everyone have hair & if you live in Vietnam for a long time you try vietnamese street food, you will know it’s unavoidable ),..v..v.. that’s what we didn’t want. After all, we are so sorry if you are not satisfied with the food or service in our restaurant. Hope you can understand and we will try to serve you the best way we can. Thank you so much ❤️
