ICSI (ICSI - IntraCytoplasmic Sperm Injection, lit. introduction of a sperm into the cytoplasm, intracytoplasmic sperm injection) is a method of infertility treatment, one of the auxiliary methods of artificial insemination (IVF). There are two ways to fertilize an egg using IVF: traditional and ICSI. With traditional IVF, 50,000 or more swimming spermatozoa are placed next to the egg in a laboratory container. Fertilization occurs when one of the sperm enters the cytoplasm of the egg. In the ICSI process, a tiny needle called a micropipette is used to inject a single sperm into the center of the egg. In traditional IVF or ICSI, as soon as fertilization occurs, the fertilized egg (now called an embryo) grows in the laboratory for 1-5 days before it is transferred to the woman's uterus. What is ICSI for? ICSI helps to overcome problems with fertilization, for example: * The male partner produces too little sperm for artificial insemination (intrauterine insemination) or IVF. * Spermatozoa may not move normally. * Spermatozoa may have problems attaching to the egg. * Eggs are not fertilized using traditional IVF, regardless of the quality of the sperm. * Using mature eggs in vitro. * Previously frozen eggs are used. #格鲁吉亚代孕 #Surrogacy Georgia Tbilisi https://goo.gl/maps/waq5PYedga9Pf6b46
