To our clients: In an effort to keep our staff and our clients healthy and safe, Conover Veterinary Hospital has implemented Curbside Service. When you arrive for an appointment or patient drop-off, please call us from your car at 828-465-5720. A staff member will come to your car and bring your pet in to the doctor for services. Communication will be done by phone or outside. The only exception to this will be Euthanasia. Please understand that there may be special circumstances (ie: animal aggression) that render us unable to perform needed services under these safety protocols. We will decide if those circumstances will make it necessary and safer to schedule elective procedures at a later date. We plan to remain open and provide necessary care for our family of clients and their pets. We will continue to provide refill medications and supplies as curbside service. However, as we all know this is an evolving situation and things are changing day to day. We are practicing diligent hygiene and sanitation. We greatly appreciate all of your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We are trying to put everyone's safety and well-being first and foremost, but we fully intend to remain available for essential and crucial services.
