Did you know I run pregnancy yoga classes? Yoga is a great exercise to take up during pregnancy. The gentle stretches will help relieve some pregnancy hang ups like back and shoulder pain along with giving mother and baby time to rest with some relaxation. It also helps to strengthen muscles to prepare for birth and can help to increase strength in these areas after birth too. Classes every Sunday morning 9.30am-10.30am
