I've not set a date yet as to when we will start taking clients, so please be patient, we will put a post up, and My First priority will be the welfare/matted cases owned by our disabled/elderly customers. (and we will no longer offer pre bathed at home grooms as i have to wash each dog as it arrives). I am quite sure you will agree with me on this point. Only one dog on the premises is allowed at any 1 time. With extra sanitising in between will mean less time to groom so we are advising short trims so I can speed up and hopefully cater for all those in need . ATM the Priority clients - Our Elderly/Disabled - it's welfare over beauty and we don't know if there'll be further lockdowns so as a precaution a shorter groom will be easier to maintain and last that bit longer. This has affected us all and I understand the urgency for some clients but please be patient and await for either me or Paul to contact you. Strict time allocation and any discussion is done over the phone, rather than in person. all payments are done over the phone before the dog arrives, any extras will need to be paid before collection, all re-scheduling will be done via text,email,phone.
