Nicholas, my son, the Renaissance Man, graduated from Whittier College and, also in 2017, was appointed Curator for the Whittier Historical Society & Museum. Its mission is to collect, preserve and display materials of historical significance to the greater Whittier area, and to produce programs and special exhibits of interest to the Whittier community. On October 28th, 29th and 30th, Nick successfully hosted his annual Three Days of Halloween at The Whittier Museum; consisting of: a haunted house, car show, vendors' market, and trick-or-treating for kids. I am sad to disclose that I missed this year's events; however, I will be able to resume volunteering next Halloween | Paul Edmeier: Paul E.
