The crew keeps growing in numbers and skill. As the new year progresses so do we. Last night's class was a great mix of some old and new faces. We warmed up with some solo drills then covered standing body locks to outside trips and did some ground work with guard passing rounds king of the hill style. Everyone worked hard and in a great sweat while testing their skills and conditioning. Come in and try a class at East Side Brazilian Jiujitsu.
