Meet Dr. Morgan Floyd, D.M.D. (General Dentistry) Dr. Morgan Floyd received her doctorate of dental medicine from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Floyd continued her training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and The Cambridge Health Alliance, where she completed a General Practice Residency. Her residency focused on the team-based approach to dentistry, including the oral health provider as part of the overall healthcare team. Dr. Floyd has experience working with children, medically complex, and special needs patients.
