If needed, we can arrange a face to face appointment in a safe way. If your GP is in any of the 6 south east London boroughs, this appointment will be free of charge. A virtual consultation ruled out the potential serious issue and by following the advice given by our optometrist, the redness and discomfort disappeared within 24 hours.
