Congratulations to Sam on his 9 year anniversary! Sam has always been involved with Alltek Services even before he officially started working here 9 years ago. From helping to pack up computer equipment to assisting with administrative tasks, Sam has been a lifelong contributor to Alltek Services! He started as a Help Desk Technician and now sits on our leadership board running the majority of our service department. Sam's process improvements and initiatives have played a MAJOR role in getting us where we are today! Sam is excellent at identifying opportunities for improvement and working with the entire team to implement sustainable solutions. Anytime there is a problem that no one can resolve, it usually falls on Sam's desk. His ability to work through complex issues and ALWAYS find the solution is unmatched. It's an impress skill and something we're fortunate to have on the team, even though it probably gets annoying from his perspective lol Thank you for your incredible impact at Alltek Sam!
