Yoga Tuesdays & Pilates Thursdays! This week, we are going to be working on the legs, mainly the hip adductor muscles and the hamstrings. In the Flow class, we will work towards "Extended hand to big toe pose", Sanskrit Name "Utthita Hasta Padangustasana". In the later class, we will have gentler variations around that pose. It will be fun, we will be using bands, blocks and the wall for support. Schedule: (please confirm your spot) Tuesdays : 18.30 - 19.30 Hatha & Flow Yoga 19.45 - 21.00 Gentle Yoga and candle-lit relaxation Thursdays : 18.30 - 19.30 Pilates Improvers 19.45 - 20.45: Adding a week to the Beginners Pilates course. Drop in rate 13e or 5 class pass for 50e. Reminding you of the change for next week: No class on Tuesday 25th, 3 classes on Thursday 27/2: 18.20 Pilates / 19.25 Yoga / 20.30 Gentle Yoga. Namaste 🕉
