RIDICULOUSLY RESPONSIVE. There’s nothing more frustrating than someone who doesn’t respond. Or takes days to respond to a simple inquiry. Especially if you’re looking to buy or sell a several hundred thousand dollar product. It’s also the simplest thing I can do to express that I care about others and that “I’m here to serve…” You can count on it. (Except if you call or text after 9:30PM, but I’ll be glad to text or call you back at 5AM 🤣)
