Owens Group President Joseph Ehrlich Presents at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) of New York | On Thursday, June 18th, Owens Group’s President, Joseph Ehrlich, presented an introduction and overview of Representations and Warranties Insurance and its application to a room full of attorneys and business professionals as part of the Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2019 program at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) of New York. These individuals attended the two-day conference looking to increase their knowledge of key issues that arise within private acquisitions and the sale process.
