Snakes are greatly misunderstood animals that cause a natural fear of humans. We fear what we do not know. The more you learn true facts about snakes and begin to understand them, the less we will fear them. We are but giant predators to these little ones. They fear us far more than we do them believe it or not. This wonderful woman wanted to experience touching this harmless garter snake being relocated away from a feral cat population so it would not get killed. On that note: keep your cats indoors please. For the sake of native wildlife as well as their own safety.
