Classes are still online only, via Zoom. First class, as well as one on one session before your first class, are free or charge. It's important for me that you understand Essentrics techniques, that I know your restrictions, injuries, health problems, before you join the rest of the class. My students have been with me for a couple of years now, so I would love for you to join this program as comfortable as you possibly can. Working one on one will help a lot both you as a student, and me as your teacher. I am looking forward to hearing from you :)
