Had a call from a company in Saffron Walden that were having problem with their demineralisation system. The Siata V132 cation control valve was not drawing up any hydrochloric acid to regenerate the cation resin media, this was pushing up the conductivity levels to very high readings, and the water purity levels were not acceptable for the cleaning process of the manufactured parts. As there were several factors that was causing this problem, there were 3 visit made to plant room, and the replacement of several parts before the system was producing Demin quality water once again. As with any water treatment system the importance of having regular servicing and maintenance repairs carried out on a regular basis is the key to the efficiency of any system.
