One of my customers in Cambridge was having problems with his old Permutit water softener. We had been carrying out repairs on this water softener for many years. It finally had come to the end of its life. When l told my customer that a Dualflo block salt water softener was non-electric, and it uses 2 blocks of salt, instead of a salt tablets, he was delighted that he no longer had to hump a 25kg bag of salt up to the house. The installation of the new Dualflo water softener was carried out, and they are now enjoying soft water once again.
