We had a water softener service call from a hospital in Norfolk. They were having problems with their duplex commercial water softener system. The Autotrol 764 Logix valves were continually getting stuck in the backwash position, this was wasting a lot of water. After talking with the onsite engineers, they wanted the valves replaced with new ones. All the work was carried out, and now the duplex water softener is working ok.
