(Original)After spending whole days thinking about how to deal with this situation, based on simple economic evaluations, we have grudgingly decided that for this season the doors of our restaurant will remain closed. An activity like ours, operating on very tight margins, geographically isolated and seasonal, was not absolutely ready to face this global emergency, which not only affects us as a single activity, but involves the entire supply chain, i.e. all that that a restaurant needs to stay alive, from our customers from different European countries whose borders will remain closed until a date yet to be established, up to the transport system and the availability at competitive prices of products and services. Nor would anyone benefit from an opening according to the rules imposed by the latest decrees, we have another idea of hospitality that is much warmer and less aseptic! We only hope to return free as soon as possible, from the fear and this sense of uncertainty that has marked us all and to be able to welcome you back in 2021 with the same passion and enthusiasm as always!
