Control, and the anxiety it can cause when things in our life feel out of control is a comon theme. Things in our personal life, and often our working life's. Certainly the last 18 months have tested our feelings around circumstances out of our control.
I caught the Caroline Foran Anxiety podcast where she interviewed Jane Enright who went through several life defining changes within a short space of time, and how using #Mindfulness and taking each day as it came helped her.
