Following the advice of the Prime Minister, we have amended our contingency plan for these most uncertain of times. We would like to reassure our clients that we will be working harder than ever to support your needs during this time. However, it is important that we do our part to contain and limit the spread of the virus until there is a vaccine that is generally available. 1. The office is no longer being staffed. However, calls to the office number are diverting to the mobiles of staff that are working from home. 2. We will continue to offer ‘remote’ appontments either by email, whatsapp or facetime 3. Our staff have been told to stay at home and assist our clients from there, for the benefit of clients and staff any request for a face to face appointment will be declined 4. We will continue to offer free advice to our clients to help at this most difficult of times We will continue to offer our clients every effort to deal with your needs
