HEALTHY EATING TIP: IS CHEAT EATING A PART OF HEALTHY EATING PLAN ? Healthy eating doesn't have to be a Spartan existence. We are human. By nature, we are imperfect, and thank God, we don't have to be when it comes to healthy eating. The key is moderation. Reserve sugary snacks or high calorie foods for an occasional treat. For instance, a trip to a fast food place should be a every now and then thing. However, when it comes to sugary foods, it is best to eat them along with your regular meal such as a piece of pumpkin pie with dinner. As long as you use moderation, occasional cheat foods will not side track your healthy eating routine. However, you may be thinking that you can't eat cheat foods on an infrequent basis. It's either all or nothing with you. If this applies to you, keep in mind that high volume, low density food evens out blood sugar levels. So, your cravings for sugary snacks and high calories foods should be under control.
