Bone density & menopause
Generally, bone density would start to decrease drastically upon reaching menopause.
Mdm Y came to us for a bone density test and her reading was -3.0 which is categorized as osteoporosis. She was caught by surprise as her last reading was -1.8. But, that was tested about 3 years ago!
Here's our suggestion:
1) Go for regular exercise under the morning sun
2) No more than 1 cup of caffeine drink a day
3) Sleep well
4) Do not fall down or carry heavy stuff
Most importantly, intake of relevant nutrition obediently. And go for bone density test after taking nutrition for 3 months to monitor progress.
