Cook Appliance service is in the "Repair" business. We are not like most companies that come to your home just to tell you that you need to replace your item and collect their trip charge and leave. We try our very best to repair your items, not to have you replace your item, to our fullest ability. Anything can be repaired, but it's up to the customer as to what their budget allows, and what is economically recommended.
