In line with latest Government guidance we are open for business. To our knowledge the home moving process remains open during the November lockdown. Survey inspections will continue to be undertaken where it is safe to do so but we will respect the position of individual property owners & particularly those that are vulnerable &/or shielding. We are following Government advice on working in other peoples homes to ensure that we can safely survey properties given the current COVID alert level. At the time of booking the survey the agents/vendor will be asked if anyone at the property is self-isolating has had Coronavirus or is displaying symptoms associated with the virus. If the answer is yes to any of these questions the survey will be postponed to a later date. We are self-monitoring daily for any symptoms of Coronavirus & will isolate immediately if we have any concerns. In such cases surveys will be rearranged. During survey inspections we will ask that properties are where possible vacated for the duration of the survey. If this is not possible occupiers must stay at least 2m from the surveyor at all times & should wear a mask & follow hand sanitising guidelines. When on site our surveyors maintain strict personal hygiene using hand sanitisers face coverings wipes & soap & water at regular intervals before & after touching surfaces. We are continuing to monitor the situation & our policy will be updated in line with Government recommendations.
