Join us on Saturday November 13th at Cuyahoga Valley Crossfit for a morning of good vibes and giving back. There are two classes available for folks to attend. An 8:30 am class and a 10:00 am. Each class will last an hour. Your 25.00 donation will go directly towards helping survivors of human trafficking in Summit County. Your 25.00 donation also gets you a water bottle and a customized workout. A workout that educates and kicks your butt? We are here for it!
