All of this week through this weekend La Jolla is forecasted to have strong surf swell and big waves. Also, tarballs from an oil spill have been found on La Jolla beaches. For these reasons we are halting snorkeling and paddling in La Jolla until waves are calmer and the oil spill issues have been locally mitigated. We appreciate your business and will still offer paddling on mission bay until or if tar/oil is reported to be found in that area as well.
