Work From Home Hazard on Laptops. One customer came in with Macbook Pro 15 Touchbar which had the bottom swollen & some screws holding it in place cut open. Immediately we could figure out & advise her of the reason for it and suggest to replace the battery right away to avoid any further danger of fire or blow out of the swollen battery. Luckily there was no any other damage and we could successfully revive the machine and replace the failed battery. Things to consider is to apply right battery optimization plan / app to keep the charging under control when using the laptop plugged in all the time with external monitor.
