Now for the big November Safety tip is about Turkey frying. We know every one knows how to fry a turkey but just for the beginners and for everyone who fries turkeys please don't fry them under in or on A car port, garage, or porch. If your going to fry a turkey go out in the yard and have a fire extinguisher in case a fire does brake out. NOTE: ( using water on hot grease causes a Chemical chain reaction and will cause the fire to get extremely worse, This is why a fire extinguisher should be present due to the fact that the powder from the extinguisher will cut off the air supply that is feeding the fire and put it out.) Please read the instructions on the turkey when frying them, make sure the turkey is dry and the oil level is not to much.
