Welcome back to Asao Language School! Our next event is a Konnshinnkai, everyone :) Yey! In May, we are having a barbecue party at Shinjuku Central Park from 11:00 to 14:00 on 26 Sunday May :) We have hired a barbecue company that will set up everything including food, e.g. meat and vegetables for us but drinks are not included in their offer, so let's meet in front of the cafe veloce at 10:15 on the day and go shopping together for drinks in a nearby supermarket. We get our own drinks and then head to the park. (We are permitted to drink alcohols in the venue.) Location: Shinjuku Central Park 160-0023, 2-11, Nishi Shinjuku, Shinjuku ward, Tokyo Time and Date: 11:00 – 14:00 on 26 Sunday May (If you wish to participate, please sign up by 24 Friday May.) (We must make reservations for everybody and pay to the barbecue company in advance. We are very sorry, after Friday the 24th, you can not cancel your reservation.) Meeting point: Meeting at 10:15 in front of the cafe veloce at 2-7-3, Yoyogi, Shibuya, Tokyo Participants: Everyone is invited to participate. Please come along with your friends and family members :) Participation fee: 3300 yen per person (tax and food included) Please bring your own drinks.
