STOP booking driving tests if you haven’t had any driving lessons !!! I don’t care that you have been driving on an international licence for 12 months and that you have a test booked for next Wednesday and can I use your car……NO !!!! NO!!!! NO!!!! It’s not easy to pass the driving test in the UK. You need to have your driving properly assessed before going anywhere near a Driving test centre. If you use my car you will need to be at test standard and that won’t be achieved in a single one hour lesson so don’t waste my time telling me porky pies to get the assessment drive and then tell me your test is in a weeks time and expect me to give you 10 lessons in the space of a week. My diary was full before COVID and it sure as hell hasn’t changed. I don’t need the aggravation. Thanks I’m glad we understand ourselves. Have a good day. PS, the same goes for any learner who has passed the theory test, booked the practical test and then decided to look for an instructor. It doesn’t work like that. I only take people to test when they can drive independently for every aspect of the syllabus.
