Cavan Kendo Kai Beginner Class is held two times per year, and each class lasts approximately six weeks. You will learn: - Etiquette - Basic terminology - How to hold the shinai (practice sword) - How to swing the shinai (practice sword) - Basic footwork - Basic attacking - Receiving strikes for a partner Classes are limited in size to ensure we can spend enough time on each student.
