Hello, Good People--and welcome to Winter! The major holidays are behind us and hopefully, the holiday COVID-surge with it. I want potential new clients to be truly aware of this: I am very busy and nearly at that 'critical mass' that means, "No more new clients." If you live in OROVILLE or PARADISE or MAGALIA or north of there--you are my priority. I have so many truly great colleagues in Chico, I prefer to leave Chico residents to the high-quality Chico lawyers. I live north of the Magalia Ridge. My business office is in Oroville. I am pretty sure I am the only Family Law attorney with an office in Oroville. As for Paradise and north on the Skyway, I am pretty sure I am the only Family Law attorney up here willing to do house calls, or willing to meet you at the Hilltop Cafe in Magalia or Starbucks in Paradise so you need not travel to Chico or Oroville. Also, I do not do complex-asset divorce cases--only "simple" divorces or ANY custody case. I have prioritized custody matters over my 27 years, having been a child advocate in one capacity or another for 40 years (Group Homes, Foster Parent, Attorney for Kids, etc.) If this works for you, you know how to reach me.
