Real estate agents Evergreen, CO have seen a pretty good summer once again. As Realtors drift into August we are still seeing strong buyer traffic and sellers listing homes. We continue another strong late summer as kids ramp up to get ready for school. Listing agents and buyer agents have been busy in areas from Evergreen to Golden, Denver, Lakewood and all over Colorado. We have still been selling homes as fast as the inventory can go on the market. We are still seeing more listings than sales but it is still a very strong market. Homes are appraising without issue so the buyers continue to not be beat up too much. It is still a good time to jump into the real estate market.
