Before aerating and dethatching there are a few things that you should know: 1)The lawn should be moist but not soggy so no watering the night before! 2) If you have an inground irrigation system the sprinkler heads need to be flagged. These can be purchased at Wilco, Ace, Home Depot or Lowes. If we are turning on your water, we will do this for you. 3) Dog feces should be picked up in the areas being serviced. WHY? Moist ground allows the aerator and dethatcher to run more efficiently and is best for your lawns health. If it rains, or snows your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Sprinklers should be flagged to avoid potential damage by machinery. This lowers the costs as it reduces the time on your property so we don't have to seek them out. Unless your water is being turned on at the same time we do not flag. Dog feces cannot be composted and is not accepted at the landfill with yard debris. So please pick up your poop to avoid additional fees.
