Our weekly featured menus are created to highlight the boutique and limited quantity ingredients procured from local partners. They are available exclusively for our guests. Beginning Friday, July 17th, our feature menu includes: Steak Rossini with exceptionally tender and flavorful New Zealand grass fed & dry aged (28 days) ribeye beef, foie gras with red wine reduction & buttery mash 850.000VND Pan Fried Norwegian salmon, passion fruit puree served with garlic, olive oil & fresh mint pasta 360.000VND Warm goat cheese salad, speck, sun dried tomatoes & served with pesto sauce 190.000VND Exclusive of 10% VAT All feature dishes include choice of 1 glass of house wine (red or gris) These dishes are available from July 17th to the 24th only.
