To limit the spread of the corona virus, many of our main attractions have been closed or have partial closures. However, there are some attractions that are still open and we will update you on the list. In the meantime, we as Porto Car Hire Kenya have come up with a few guidelines to curb the spread of COVID-19 1. Before meeting any of our car rental agents, you(THE CLIENT) must use an alcohol based sanitizer to clean your hands in the presence of our rental agent. 2. You(THE CLIENT) must keep a social distance of at least 2 meters from our rental agent even when inspecting the vehicle. 3. Avoid shaking hands with our rental agents. 4. Our rental agents will come with a pre-signed car rental contract with our signature signed and you(THE CLIENT) must come with your own pen to sign the contract 5. You(THE CLIENT), will have sent your passport details and driving licence via WhatsApp or email to our booking agent in advance 6. We want you to be aware that we have increased our daily vehicle cleaning protocol to include vehicle disinfectant cleanings between each reservation. This includes, but is not limited to, all handles, seat belts, power switches, windows, cup holders and all high touch surfaces.
